Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Lead Teacher to inspire and support our young learners. In this pivotal role, you will lead classroom activities, develop tailored curricula, and collaborate with families and professionals to ensure each child's growth and well-being. Your passion for early childhood education and expertise in special education will help create an inclusive, stimulating atmosphere where every child can thrive. Duties Write and implement dynamic lesson plans aligned with developmental milestones. Foster a positive classroom environment through effective behavior management and classroom management strategies Utilize educational technology tools to enhance learning experiences and track student progress Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about their child's development, progress, and any concerns Adapt instructional modifications to meet the unique needs of students Lead activities that promote literacy, math skills, social-emotional growth, and communication skills Experience Proven classroom experience in early childhood or elementary education, preferably in a preschool or private school setting Extensive background working with children with disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders and developmental delay Experience integrating educational technology into lesson planning and classroom activities Strong understanding of behavior management techniques for students with behavioral health challenges Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams of educators, therapists, and families Familiarity with Montessori or other specialized early childhood curricula is a plus Join us as a Lead Teacher to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young children!
