You will play a key role in providing a nurturing and educational environment for young children. You will be responsible for creating/following lesson plans, implementing age-appropriate activities, and fostering the social, emotional, and cognitive development of each child. ```Responsibilities```
  • Implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and promote the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of preschool-aged children
  • Create a safe and inclusive learning environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and positive interactions
  • Provide individualized attention and support to each child based on their unique needs and abilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment, ensuring the safety and well-being of all children
  • Establish positive relationships with parents or guardians through regular communication and parent-teacher conferences ```Experience``` To be successful in this role, you should have:
  • Previous experience working with children in a daycare or educational setting or rich life experiences
  • Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices
  • Strong classroom management skills to create a structured learning environment
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities
