- Implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and promote the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of preschool-aged children
- Create a safe and inclusive learning environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and positive interactions
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child based on their unique needs and abilities
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment, ensuring the safety and well-being of all children
- Establish positive relationships with parents or guardians through regular communication and parent-teacher conferences ```Experience``` To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience working with children in a daycare or educational setting or rich life experiences
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices
- Strong classroom management skills to create a structured learning environment
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities
