The Learning Experience in Riverton, NJ is looking for a passionate and nurturing Infant Teacher to join their team! Provide attentive, loving care for infants in a safe and nurturing classroom environment Implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum to support infant growth and development Monitor and track developmental milestones for each child in your care Maintain open, consistent communication with parents and guardians regarding daily progress Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols including diapering, feeding, and sleep routines Collaborate with fellow teachers and center staff to ensure a cohesive learning environment Maintain accurate daily records and reports for each infantRequirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred Prior experience working with infants in a licensed childcare or early education setting Strong knowledge of infant developmental stages and best practices CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 35 lbs Warm, patient, and compassionate demeanor with a genuine love for working with babies Must meet state licensing background check requirementsAbout Us:
