The Learning Experience in Riverton, NJ is looking for a passionate and nurturing Toddler Teacher to join their team! Plan and implement age-appropriate, engaging lesson plans for toddler-aged children Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment Monitor and support the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of each child Communicate daily with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress and activities Maintain accurate developmental records and observations for each student Ensure classroom cleanliness and adherence to health and safety standards Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to support a positive learning communityRequirements:
High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred Previous experience working with toddlers or in an early childhood setting Knowledge of child development milestones and developmentally appropriate practices Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children, parents, and staff CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Ability to pass a background check in accordance with state licensing requirements Patient, compassionate, and enthusiastic demeanor with a genuine love for working with young childrenAbout Us:
