Blue Skies Daycare and Preschool is looking for a dedicated Lead Infant/Toddler Teacher who brings enthusiasm and starts the day with a smile! We are a cozy and family-oriented childcare center that values warmth, dependability, and teamwork. Our environment is welcoming, supportive, and truly a wonderful place to work - where teachers are appreciated and children are nurtured with care and intention. What we're looking for: High School Diploma required Experience working with children in a daycare a plus but not required, will train Strong understanding of childhood development principles and best practices in early education or willing to learn! Skills in behavior management to foster a positive learning environment. Experience with toddler care, and infant care Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with children, parents, and other teachers A kind and nurturing individual with a genuine love for young children Reliable and dependable - our families and team count on you A positive team player who is flexible and willing to step in where needed
Position Details:
Monday-Friday with center hours being 8am-5:15pm. You will alternate closing and opening with another teacher once all background checks have been cleared. Ability to be flexible as enrollment grows, as center's opening and/or closing time may change.
