$18 per hour

Schedule:

Full-Time, Monday-Friday The Learning Experience - Ledgewood is seeking a Preschool Teacher to support children as they build early literacy, social-emotional confidence, and classroom independence in preparation for kindergarten readiness. Responsibilities Implement structured preschool learning activities Support early math, literacy, and problem-solving skills Guide children through learning centers and group instruction Maintain classroom routines and organization Communicate progress with families Follow all licensing and safety requirements Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Preschool classroom experience preferred Strong classroom management skills Must meet New Jersey childcare licensing requirements
