Lead Teacher/Room Supervisor

Love working with children? Have a passion for early childhood education? Little Oaks Learning Academy is seeking a loving and attentive Infant Teacher/Young Toddler Teacher to join our team. Our infant program provides a safe, nurturing environment where the youngest learners can explore, grow, and reach important developmental milestones — all while feeling secure and supported. Provide a warm, responsive, and engaging classroom experience that supports each child's individual needs. Build strong, trusting relationships with families through daily communication and care updates. Create a safe and stimulating classroom environment where infants can develop curiosity, confidence, and early learning skills. Maintain detailed documentation of children's progress through observations and developmental screenings. Attend to children's emotional and physical needs. Background in early childhood education, child development and/or experience working with children. Strong communication, organizational and leadership abilities CDA, or ECE degree preferred or be working towards such. Ability to lift children (up to 40-50 lbs), sit on the floor, stand for long periods of time,(both inside and outside) and the ability to move quickly.

Pay:

From $17.00 per hour
