Role Highlights:
Conduct thorough patient evaluations and develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans, working closely with physicians to achieve patient goals. Provide guidance and oversight for discipline-specific therapy services, ensuring quality treatment programs for functional improvement and community reintegration. Educate patients, families, peers, and students, fostering a collaborative approach to care. Maintain precise and timely documentation, from goal setting to medical necessity letters, adhering to clinic, state, and federal guidelines. Champion safety protocols, promoting a safe environment for both patients and colleagues by routinely identifying risks and adhering to established practices. Participate and contribute to professional growth initiatives, student supervision, and ongoing quality improvement efforts.
Qualifications:
Valid, active professional licensure as required by the state and discipline. Experience in hospital or outpatient physical therapy settings preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Commitment to upholding ethics and professional standards.
