In this role, you will create a warm, safe, and stimulating classroom where toddlers can explore, grow, and thrive. Key Responsibilities:

Create and lead engaging, age-appropriate activities that support early learning and development Provide attentive supervision to ensure a safe and nurturing classroom environment Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive growth through daily interactions and play Establish consistent routines that help children feel secure and confident Maintain open and positive communication with families, sharing updates on their child's progress Follow YMCA policies and state licensing requirements to ensure quality and compliance

Salary & Benefits:

This Full Time position (40 hours per week) is Monday

• Friday, 7:30am
• 6:00(8 hour shift each day) with a flex schedule. The pay range for this role is $18.00
• 22.

00/ hour and is based on experience.
