Infant/Toddler Teacher

Overview Hours range from 12-6pm and occasionally 9-5pm. Experience in infant care preferred. Provide attentive toddler and infant care by supporting daily routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and hygiene activities. Manage classroom behavior with positive behavior management techniques to foster a respectful and inclusive environment. Collaborate with families to communicate progress, milestones, and any concerns related to child welfare or developmental needs. Maintain a clean, organized classroom that promotes safety and encourages exploration and learning through play. Skills Strong knowledge of childhood development and early childhood education practices. Experience in classroom management tailored for infants and toddlers. Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, families, colleagues, and community partners. Ability to work effectively with children in daycare or preschool settings, demonstrating patience and enthusiasm.
