Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and energetic Kids Attendant to create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children of various ages. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising children, planning age-appropriate activities, and ensuring their well-being during their time in our care. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help foster a positive experience for children and peace of mind for parents or guardians. Duties Supervise children across different age groups, including toddlers, preschoolers, and elementary school-age children, ensuring their safety at all times Plan and facilitate fun, educational activities that promote childhood development and social skills Provide attentive care for infants and toddlers, including comforting as needed Maintain clear communication with parents or guardians regarding their child's activities, behavior, and needs Implement behavior management strategies to encourage positive conduct and emotional growth Ensure adherence to safety protocols, including first aid procedures and mandated reporting laws in case of emergencies or concerns Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing inclusive care Skills Experience working with children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and elementary school-age kids Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Ability to plan engaging activities tailored to different age groups and developmental stages Certification in first aid and CPR to respond effectively to emergencies Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly valued Strong child supervision skills combined with patience, empathy, and excellent communication abilities Familiarity with behavior management techniques and classroom experience in daycare or preschool settings Ability to follow mandated reporting laws and ensure compliance with safety regulations Previous nannying, babysitting, or caregiving experience is advantageous but not required Join our team to inspire young minds while building rewarding relationships!
