What You'll Do:

Create and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans. Foster a warm, safe, and inclusive classroom environment. Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow educators. Observe and document children's growth and development. Maintain classroom organization and adhere to all health and safety standards. Collaborate with administration and teaching teams to provide the highest quality early childhood education. Encourage curiosity, independence, and a lifelong love of learning.

Qualifications:

Experience working with young children in a licensed childcare or preschool setting. CDA, Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or coursework in Early Childhood Education preferred. Strong communication and classroom management skills. Reliable, professional, and passionate about working with children. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Must meet all New Jersey licensing requirements.
