In this on-site role, you will design engaging, age-appropriate activities that support social, emotional, and cognitive development. You will create a safe, inclusive classroom, observe and document each child's progress, and maintain open communication with families. Responsibilities Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons aligned with developmental milestones. Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment. Collaborate with center staff to support program goals and enrichment activities. Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.
