Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Child Care Provider/Teacher /T to join our team! In this vital role, you will create a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment for children of various ages, supporting their growth and development through structured activities and personalized care. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help foster a positive learning atmosphere while ensuring each child's individual needs are met with compassion and professionalism. Duties Supervise children during play, learning activities, meals, and nap times to ensure safety and well-being Implement age-appropriate curriculum focused on childhood development, social skills, and early education principles Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that promotes safety and learning engagement Apply child supervision techniques that support positive behavior management and classroom management strategies Follow mandated reporting laws to report any concerns related to child safety or well-being promptly Administer first aid or pediatric first aid as needed, ensuring immediate response to minor injuries or health issues Experience Prior experience working with children in daycare centers, preschools, or similar settings is highly preferred Demonstrated classroom experience with early childhood education methods and child development instruction Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a strong plus Knowledge of child supervision best practices, behavior management techniques, and early childhood curriculum implementation Certification in first aid and CPR (Childhood Development First Aid) is required; additional certifications in special education or pediatric care are advantageous Familiarity with laws related to child safety and welfare Join us in making a meaningful difference in children's lives!
