Pre-K Teacher

Responsibilities Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans that support child development and school readiness Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment Foster children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through hands-on learning experiences Provide individualized support and guidance to meet the unique needs of each child Use positive classroom management techniques to maintain a nurturing learning environment Build positive relationships and maintain open communication with families regarding student progress and classroom activities Support children with diverse learning needs using appropriate early intervention and inclusion strategies Incorporate literacy, language, music, movement, and physical activity into daily instruction Maintain accurate documentation and student records in accordance with program requirements Collaborate professionally with fellow educators and administration to support program goals Qualifications Applicants must meet the following qualifications: Associate's Degree (AA) or Bachelor's Degree (BA) in Early Childhood Education (ECED), or currently enrolled in an ECED degree program Previous experience working in a preschool or early childhood setting preferred Strong understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practices Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills Ability to create an inclusive, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment Passion for working with young children and supporting their growth and success We are excited to welcome educators who are passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to helping children thrive.
