In this role, you will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for infants, supporting their growth and development during their critical early years. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help lay a strong foundation for each child's future learning journey, ensuring they feel safe, loved, and engaged every day. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote infant development across physical, cognitive, social, and emotional domains Provide attentive infant care, including feeding, diapering, soothing, and ensuring safety at all times Monitor and document each child's developmental milestones, behaviors, and individual needs to inform personalized care plans Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning Collaborate with families to share updates on their child's progress and address any concerns or special needs Use positive behavior management techniques to foster cooperation and emotional security among infants Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including first aid procedures when necessary Experience Prior experience working with infants in a daycare, preschool, nannying, babysitting, or similar caregiving setting is highly preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early childhood education Experience with classroom management techniques tailored for infants and toddlers Familiarity with special education strategies and working with children with disabilities is a plus Certification in first aid and CPR is required or obtainable upon hire Demonstrated ability to work effectively with children of diverse backgrounds and needs Strong communication skills for collaborating with families and team members Join us to inspire young minds through compassionate caregiving and engaging teaching!
