  • We are seeking a dedicated Preschool Floater to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and be flexible to work across various classrooms within our preschool setting.
  • Duties
  • Assist lead teachers in implementing age-appropriate curriculum activities
  • Support children's learning through individual and small group interactions
  • Provide care and supervision to children during transitions and activities
  • Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment
  • Assist with meal times, nap times, and outdoor play
  • Step in for lead teachers as needed
  • Qualifications
  • Previous experience in childcare or early childhood education is preferred
  • Familiarity with curriculum development and classroom management techniques
  • Ability to engage children in literacy, math, and physical education activities
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff
  • Patience, flexibility, and a nurturing attitude towards young learners
