Job Description
- Overview
- We are seeking a dedicated Preschool Floater to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and be flexible to work across various classrooms within our preschool setting.
- Duties
- Assist lead teachers in implementing age-appropriate curriculum activities
- Support children's learning through individual and small group interactions
- Provide care and supervision to children during transitions and activities
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment
- Assist with meal times, nap times, and outdoor play
- Step in for lead teachers as needed
- Qualifications
- Previous experience in childcare or early childhood education is preferred
- Familiarity with curriculum development and classroom management techniques
- Ability to engage children in literacy, math, and physical education activities
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff
- Patience, flexibility, and a nurturing attitude towards young learners
