Do you love arts and crafts? Do you enjoy reading stories, singing songs, dancing, and getting silly? Are you a self-starter who can take direction with a smile? At Little Lites Christian Learning Center , we're looking for a caring, energetic teacher to join our 2-3-year-old classroom and help our toddlers learn, grow, and discover the world around them.

What You'll Be Doing:

Welcome children and families each morning and provide friendly updates at pick-up. Create a safe, loving, and engaging classroom where every child feels valued. Plan and lead age-appropriate activities, including arts and crafts, music, movement, sensory play, and story time. Teach early learning concepts such as colors, shapes, numbers, letters, and social skills through hands-on play. Encourage independence by helping children develop self-help skills like handwashing, using utensils, cleaning up, and beginning potty training. Supervise indoor and outdoor play while ensuring children's safety at all times. Help with meals and snacks while promoting healthy eating habits and good manners. Change diapers and assist with potty training as needed. Foster positive behavior using patience, encouragement, and consistent guidance. Work closely with your classroom team to create a fun, organized, and nurturing learning environment.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience working with toddlers or in a licensed childcare setting preferred. A warm, patient, and nurturing personality. Someone who loves to play, laugh, sing, and actively engage with young children. Dependable, organized, and able to work well as part of a team. A positive attitude and a genuine passion for early childhood education.

Bonus Points If You:

Have CPR and First Aid Certification (or are willing to obtain it). Are familiar with state licensing regulations. Have experience with potty training toddlers.
