as a Lead Infant and Toddler Teacher, where you will inspire and nurture the youngest learners in our vibrant community. We are looking for passionate educators who are excited to create a safe and engaging environment for infants and toddlers to thrive.Responsibilities:
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive and social development. Create a warm, welcoming, and safe classroom environment for infants and toddlers. Observe and assess children's development, providing regular feedback to parents and guardians. Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to enhance the learning experience. Maintain a clean and organized classroom, ensuring all materials are safe and accessible. Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their curiosity and independence. Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities. Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers, building strong partnerships.Requirements:
.CDA Child Development Associate:
required Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience working with infants and toddlers in a childcare setting. Current CPR and First Aid certification required. Strong understanding of child development and early childhood education best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Creative, patient, and nurturing demeanor. Passion for fostering a love of learning in young children.About Us:
