Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where young children can learn and grow. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.Duties:
- The Lead Teacher will plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities to promote the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of preschool children
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment that encourages exploration and creativity
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to ensure a productive learning environment
- Assess the progress of each child and provide regular feedback to parents
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement curriculum enhancements
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, behavior, and developmental milestones
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children
- A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred
- Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively educate and engage young children in learning activities
- Proficiency in math and literacy education for preschoolers
- Experience in toddler care is a plus
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of each child We offer competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.
