Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where young children can learn and grow. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.

Duties:

• The Lead Teacher will plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities to promote the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of preschool children
• Provide a safe and supportive learning environment that encourages exploration and creativity
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Utilize effective classroom management techniques to ensure a productive learning environment
• Assess the progress of each child and provide regular feedback to parents
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement curriculum enhancements
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, behavior, and developmental milestones

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with preschool-aged children
• A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to effectively educate and engage young children in learning activities
• Proficiency in math and literacy education for preschoolers
• Experience in toddler care is a plus
