Daycare Teacher / Childcare Staff

We are looking for reliable, patient, and hardworking individuals who truly enjoy working with children. This is a hands-on, active job - not just supervision, but teaching, guiding, and caring for kids daily. Hiring Process (Important) To make sure this is a good fit for both you and our program:

Shadowing Period:

$16/hour during 5 days (3 hours each day) to see if you enjoy the environment and we are a good fit Trial Period (30 days):$18/hour during training and evaluation

After Completion:

Must complete: Background check CPR/First Aid certification Health & Safety training Once all requirements are completed, pay increases to $20/hour Responsibilities Supervise and engage children in a safe, structured environment Assist with learning activities, play, and routines Clean, organize, and maintain classroom areas Support children's emotional and social development Follow daily schedules and program expectations Requirements Experience working with children is preferred Must have reliable transportation Must have open availability (schedule may change) Must be comfortable working on your feet for long periods Must be able to handle a fast-paced, stressful environment This is a physically and mentally active job. Daycare work is not easy.
