Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards, focusing on literacy, math, physical education, and social skills. Manage daily classroom activities to promote positive behavior, effective classroom management, and child welfare. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to share progress updates, discuss developmental milestones, and address concerns. Conduct assessments using standardized testing methods to monitor each child's growth and tailor instruction accordingly. Collaborate with colleagues to plan interdisciplinary activities that enhance learning experiences across subjects such as math, literacy education, and physical education. Qualifications Proven experience working with children in preschool or early childhood settings; prior classroom experience is highly valued. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, curriculum development, behavior management strategies, and classroom management techniques. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members. Ability to implement lesson plans that incorporate child welfare standards and promote active learning through play-based activities.
