Job Summary Our Preschool teacher is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Preschool Toddler Teachers a to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will create a nurturing, engaging, and structured environment that promotes the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of young children. Leading classroom activities your energy and passion will inspire young learners to explore, discover, and grow. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's lives while working in a collaborative and supportive setting. Qualifications CDA or Early Education degree needed for lead teacher or 3 year assistant teacher experience with willingness to obtain a CDA credential within 1 year. Prior experience as a Lead teacher or lead assistant teacher in a daycare, preschool, or private school setting is a must. Strong knowledge of early childhood development and classroom management techniques. Familiarity with lesson planning, curriculum development, and behavior management strategies. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and team members. Certification or coursework in early childhood education fields is desirable. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while demonstrating patience, flexibility, and enthusiasm for teaching young learners.
