Job Description

Kiddie Academy of Farmingdale is looking for a Lead Teacher in our Preschool classroom. Lead Teacher . . . Individual MUST have an CDA / Associates/Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field to be a Lead Teacher. Year round Position. Immediate Start Monday

Friday 8:30am
5pm / Paid Vacation/Sick Time/Holidays MUST have previous experience working with toddlers.

Must be a Team Player.

General Duties:

Responsible for the welfare, health and safety of the children in your classroom
Responsible for daily attendance records
Potty Training
Training and constructive utilization of assigned staff members
Maintaining a clean and well organized classroom
Providing the children with proper developmental activities
Encouraging creative and constructive use of materials in classroom
Uphold Center quality standards
Follow all safety and health rules
Keep the environment safe, clean and attractive.
Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds.
