In this role, you will create a nurturing and engaging environment for young learners during afterschool hours, fostering their social, emotional, cognitive and physical development. Duties Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote literacy, numeracy, physical education, and social skills aligned with early childhood education standards Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all children Supervise children during playtime, snack time, and structured learning activities Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding children's progress, behavior, and developmental milestones Ensure compliance with childcare regulations and maintain accurate documentation of attendance, assessments, and lesson plans Experience Previous classroom experience working with preschool Knowledge of childhood development theories and best practices in early childhood education Familiarity with classroom management techniques to foster positive behavior and engagement Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues, parents, and students Join us in shaping young minds through energetic teaching and compassionate care!
