Rich Beginnings Child Care Center in Rochester NY is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic After School Lead Teacher to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities for after school program Provide a safe and supportive environment for children to learn and play Supervise and engage with children during indoor and outdoor activities Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to ensure the overall well-being of the children Monitor and assess children's progress and developmental needs
Qualifications:
Previous experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to engage and connect with children of varying ages and backgrounds Patient, nurturing, and reliable individual with a passion for teaching Must meet state licensing requirements for childcare providers
