!!! Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Classroom Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment that encourages student engagement and academic growth. This role requires a blend of creativity, organization, and effective communication skills to support the diverse needs of students. The Classroom Teacher will be responsible for developing and implementing curriculum, managing classroom dynamics, and promoting literacy and math skills among students. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. Foster a positive classroom environment conducive to learning and growth. Manage classroom behavior through effective behavior management techniques. Provide individualized support to students with special education needs, including those on the autism spectrum. Utilize learning technology to enhance teaching methods and student engagement. Conduct assessments and standardized testing to monitor student progress. Mentor students in their academic pursuits while promoting literacy education and math skills. Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and administration to support student development. Maintain accurate records of student performance and classroom activities. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; teaching certification preferred. Experience working with children in an educational setting, preferably in early childhood education or private school environments. Strong classroom management skills with the ability to create an inclusive atmosphere for all students. Proficiency in curriculum development, lesson planning, and tutoring techniques. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong proofreading abilities. Knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention strategies. Familiarity with Montessori methods is a plus. Experience in library services or educational administration is beneficial.
