Wants to grow professionally and make a lasting impact on children's lives. ✅ Qualifications Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education required . Previous experience working in a licensed daycare or childcare center. Strong understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practices. Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
