The ideal candidate enjoys working with young children and is committed to creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment. Responsibilities Assist with daily classroom routines and developmentally appropriate activities. Supervise and engage children during play, meals, transitions, and outdoor activities. Support children's social-emotional, physical, and cognitive development. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment. Follow center policies, classroom schedules, and health and safety procedures. Work collaboratively with educators, directors, and other staff. Maintain appropriate supervision and required classroom ratios at all times. Qualifications High School Diploma Previous childcare or early childhood education experience preferred. CDA, Early Childhood Education coursework, or related credentials are a plus. Must be dependable, punctual, professional, and comfortable working with children of various ages.
