Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Daycare Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and providing a safe and nurturing environment for them to learn and grow.Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily care and supervision of children in the daycare facility
- Implement age-appropriate activities to engage and educate children by having fun!
- Maintain a clean and organized environment
- Monitor and ensure the safety of all children in your care
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive learning experience
- Provide basic first aid when necessary
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, babysitting or educational setting
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
- A genuine love for working with children and helping them reach their full potential
- If offered the position, must follow New York State regulations for working with children.
