Position Overview This position is designed for individuals who are actively pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field and are eligible to work under a study plan. The successful candidate will work closely with school leadership and experienced educators while developing the skills necessary to become an effective lead teacher. Responsibilities Support the planning and implementation of developmentally appropriate learning experiences. Foster a warm, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment. Build positive relationships with children and families. Observe and document children's learning and development. Collaborate with teaching team members to maintain daily classroom routines. Implement classroom management strategies that support emotional regulation and positive behavior. Participate in coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities. Progress toward degree completion and certification requirements outlined in the study plan. Qualifications Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program in Early Childhood Education or a related field. Eligible to work under a study plan. Passion for working with young children. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to professional growth and continuous learning.
