The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. As a Toddler Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational experiences of children, ensuring their social, emotional, and cognitive development through engaging activities and effective classroom management. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff to support each child's development. Utilize effective classroom management strategies to maintain an orderly learning environment. Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to parents and adapting teaching methods as necessary. Incorporate special education techniques when working with children with disabilities to ensure all students receive the support they need. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience and share best practices. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and any incidents that may arise during class. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred. Experience working with Toddlers in a daycare or educational setting is essential. Knowledge of classroom management techniques and early childhood education best practices. Ability to educate diverse learners, including those with special needs or disabilities. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues. Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching young children. Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus but not required at the time of hiring.
