What We Offer Weekly paychecks Paid time off (for full-time employees) Annual pay increases Paid CDA certification No weekend work — ever! 401(k) retirement plan Supportive team culture and leadership that values your voice What You'll Do As a part of our teaching team, you'll: Create daily lesson plans that spark curiosity and joy Plan creative art, music, and outdoor activities Monitor and encourage children's growth and development Partner with parents through great communication and progress updates Provide nutritious snacks and lunches Promote early literacy, good habits, and self-confidence Supervise play, comfort children, and establish positive routines Keep classrooms organized, safe, and welcoming Lead fun projects and field trips Adapt teaching to meet each child's unique needs What We're Looking For Compassion, patience, and creativity Excellent communication skills with parents and colleagues Flexibility and a team-player mindset Strong planning and organizational skills Ability to manage stress while keeping a positive attitude Education & Experience Teachers High school diploma or equivalent Experience working with children required CDA or AAS degree minimum
