Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum for preschool students
  • Plan and conduct engaging and interactive lessons that promote learning and development
  • Provide physical education activities to enhance gross motor skills
  • Create a safe and nurturing environment for students
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to parents/guardians
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and academic performance
Experience:
  • Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in a childcare or educational setting
  • Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
  • Familiarity with child welfare guidelines and regulations
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Ability to develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum objectives
