• Job Summary:

• We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Toddler Teacher to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and a commitment to creating a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment for young children. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for teaching and caring for children from 3 to 5 years of age, providing them with a foundation for lifelong learning.

• Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that promote the cognitive, social, and emotional development of preschoolers.
• Create and implement individualized lesson plans tailored to each child's unique needs and abilities.
• Establish and maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment that supports learning and exploration.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a sense of community and trust.
• Provide high-quality childcare, including preschool care and create opportunities for children to engage in play-based learning.
• Collaborate with other educators to ensure consistency and alignment with program goals and standards.
• Maintain accurate records of children's progress, including daily reports, attendance, and assessments.
• Administer first aid as needed and ensure the health and safety of all children in the classroom.
• Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in early childhood education, particularly in areas of special education and childhood development.

• Experience:

• Previous experience working with preschoolers, including experience with children with special needs.
• Proven ability to manage a classroom environment effectively, including classroom management and babysitting experience.
• Strong knowledge of childhood development and the ability to create engaging and challenging lesson plans.
• Familiarity with first aid and the ability to administer it as needed.
• Associates degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field or a current CDA.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and communicate effectively with parents.
