At Soccer Shots Long Island West, we build schedules around your availability and aim to place you at locations that are convenient to your home. What We Offer ✅ Flexible scheduling based on your availability and preferred locations ✅ Paid training at $20 per session during your initial two-week training period ✅ Increased pay to $25 per session after training, with opportunities to earn up to $38 per hour through our coach development program ✅ Refer-a-friend bonus program with cash rewards ✅ A fun, supportive team culture with optional company outings, soccer games, lunches, and team events after each season Who You Are Passionate about making a positive impact on children's lives Energetic, engaging, and reliable Responsible and safety-conscious Excited to give back to the Long Island community Comfortable leading groups of young children in active environments What You'll Do Lead fun, high-energy soccer sessions for children ages 2-8 Conduct 30-50 minute classes at preschools, daycares, parks, community centers, elementary schools, and indoor facilities Create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment Teach soccer fundamentals and character-building lessons using Soccer Shots' curriculum Arrive 15 minutes early to set up and prepare for each session Communicate professionally with families, teachers, and site staff Follow attendance, safety, and program protocols Bring enthusiasm, creativity, and positive energy to every class ✅ Requirements No coaching experience required Soccer playing experience at any level is a plus Ability to coach both indoors and outdoors Comfortable being active and managing the energy of young children Available to coach anywhere from 5-25 sessions per week , depending on your schedule Available Coaching Hours You choose the times that work for you! Weekday Mornings 8:30 AM- 11:30 AM Midday Sessions (Site Dependent) 11:30 AM
