- $23.40 Infant & Toddler Room Lead Teacher (3)

$17.60- $23.40 Infant & Pre-K Room Assistant Teacher (2)
Full Time, Pay Range:
$17.08- $18.01 Classroom Aides

Pre-K Lead Teacher:
Children ages 3 to 4 years Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote literacy and overall development. Formulate fun, interactive and age appropriate lesson plans following the Creative Curriculum and Teaching Strategies Gold Manage classroom behavior to create a positive learning environment. Foster relationships with children and their families to support their educational journey. Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly. Collaborate with other educators and staff to ensure a cohesive educational approach. Requirements Master's Degree in Education or Early Childhood Education strongly preferred, or: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood (B-5) Education (B-2) or: Associate's degree 5 year plan working towards your Bachelor's degree, or Child Development Associate (CDA) in preschool with a 5 year plan working towards your Associate's degree Strong classroom management skills and experience working with young children. Knowledge of literacy education techniques and curriculum development. At least 1 year experience in daycare or private school settings is a plus. Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.Infant/Toddler Room Lead Teacher:
Children ages 6 weeks to 3 years Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote literacy and overall development. Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children. Supervise children during playtime, meals and naptime. Maintain clean and organized environment Manage classroom behavior to create a positive learning environment. Foster relationships with children and their families to support their educational journey. Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly. Collaborate with other educators and staff to ensure a cohesive educational approach. Follow OCFS regulations and YMCA policies and procedures Requirements Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood (B-5) Education (B-2) or: Associate's degree in Early Childhood preferred, or: 9 credits in Early Childhood Education and/or Child Development Associate (CDA) in Infant/Toddler Ed Strong classroom management skills and experience working with young children. At least 1 year experience in daycare or private school settings is a plus. Knowledge of behavior management techniques and classroom management strategies Classroom aide: Various ages Responsibilities Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children. Supervise children during playtime, meals and naptime. Maintain clean and organized environment Manage classroom behavior to create a positive learning environment. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs. Foster relationships with children and their families to support their educational journey. Communicate with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns. Collaborate with other educators and staff to ensure a cohesive educational approach. Following OCFS regulations and YMCA policies and procedures Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. At least 1 year experience in daycare or private school settings is a plus. Knowledge of behavior management techniques and classroom management strategiesPay:
