Job Description
AspireHope NY, Inc has immediate openings for Group Childcare/ Respite Worker positions in
SCHUYLER
County, NY. Duties include supporting the Group Childcare Supervisor in delivering safe, engaging care for children and youth. Assist with socialization and recreational activities for children with emotional, behavioral, and/or intellectual challenges, as well as their siblings. Help maintain a safe environment by communicating with team members to ensure children and youth are always supervised, and appropriate staff-to-child ratios are maintained. Attend staff meetings as requested. Assist with group site set-up and cleaning. Complete documentation as needed. Must be 18 years of age, have GED/HS diploma, and reliable transportation. Requires availability for evening hours for support groups and activities, with occasional weekend hours.
