Job Description
```Duties```
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans for preschool students
- Teach basic math and literacy skills through engaging activities and games
- Create a positive and nurturing classroom environment that promotes learning and social development
- Provide individualized instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to plan and coordinate classroom activities
- Conduct regular assessments to track student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed
- Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on student performance and address any concerns
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment ```Skills```
- Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices
- Experience working with preschool-aged children in an educational setting
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that promote active learning
- Proficiency in math, literacy education, and early intervention strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with young children
- Physical fitness to actively participate in physical education activities with students
