Under the direction of the Center Director, Program Director, and in accordance with the Christian nature and purpose of the YMCA of Greater Cincinnati, the Lead Teacher is responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of all curriculum and program activities in one or more Early Childhood Care and Education classroom. The Lead Teacher guides the development of children, ensuring a safe, enriching, and healthy environment and supervises, trains and coaches Teachers and Assistant Teachers.
