Tiny Town Childcare & Learning Center is looking for a dependable, energetic, and caring Opener/Floater Teacher to join our Brunswick team! If you love working with children of all ages, enjoy variety in your day, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, we'd love to meet you! As our Opener/Floater Teacher, you'll help ensure our center is ready for an amazing day by welcoming children and families, supporting classrooms throughout the center, and providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn and grow. Schedule This position requires open availability between 5:00 AM and 2:00 PM , with shifts varying based on the needs of the center, including: 5:00 AM - 12:00 PM 6:00 AM - 1:00 PM What You'll Do Open the center and prepare classrooms for the day. Welcome children and families with a friendly, positive attitude. Float between infant, toddler, preschool, and school-age classrooms as needed. Support lead teachers with classroom activities, supervision, and daily routines. Create a fun, safe, and engaging learning environment. Maintain accurate child supervision and classroom ratios. Assist with diapering, toileting, feeding, and other age-appropriate care. Help keep classrooms clean, organized, and licensing compliant. Work as a team to provide exceptional care for every child. We're Looking For Someone Who Is Reliable and punctual. Energetic and positive. A strong team player. Flexible and willing to work with children of all ages. Passionate about early childhood education. Professional with excellent communication skills. Able to multitask in a busy childcare environment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience working with young children is preferred but not required. Must be able to pass all required state background checks. Must meet Ohio childcare licensing requirements. Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and frequently sit, bend, kneel, and get on the floor to interact with children. Why Join Tiny Town?
