Tiny Town Childcare & Learning Center is looking for a dependable, energetic, and caring Opener/Floater Teacher to join our Brunswick team! As our Opener/Floater Teacher, you'll help ensure our center is ready for an amazing day by welcoming children and families, supporting classrooms throughout the center, and providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn and grow. Schedule This position requires open availability between 5:00 AM and 2:00 PM , with shifts varying based on the needs of the center, including: 5:00 AM - 12:00 PM 6:00 AM - 1:00 PM What You'll Do Open the center and prepare classrooms for the day. Welcome children and families with a friendly, positive attitude. Float between infant, toddler, preschool, and school-age classrooms as needed. Support lead teachers with classroom activities, supervision, and daily routines. Create a fun, safe, and engaging learning environment. Maintain accurate child supervision and classroom ratios. Assist with diapering, toileting, feeding, and other age-appropriate care. Help keep classrooms clean, organized, and licensing compliant. Work as a team to provide exceptional care for every child. Passionate about early childhood education. Professional with excellent communication skills. Able to multitask in a busy childcare environment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience working with young children is preferred but not required. Must be able to pass all required state background checks.
