Join the Weaver Team Weaver Child Development Center is accepting applications for classroom teaching positions. While openings may not be available in every grade level, we welcome applications from qualified educators who would like to be considered for future opportunities. Weaver is a growing, Reggio-inspired private school serving Preschool through Grade 6 . We combine the Reggio Emilia philosophy with evidence-based instruction in a collaborative, child-centered learning environment where relationships, curiosity, and academic excellence are valued. Responsibilities Collaborate with team members to plan and facilitate dynamic, child-centered learning. Foster a supportive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and exploration. Build strong, respectful relationships with students and families. Observe and document students' learning, reflecting on and responding to their interests and needs. Work as part of a collaborative team that values open communication and continuous growth.
