Job Description

Overview Join our vibrant educational team as a Preschool Teacher, where your passion for early childhood education will inspire young minds and foster a love of learning. In this dynamic role, you will create a nurturing classroom environment that promotes social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development for preschool-aged children. Your expertise in curriculum development, classroom management, and child welfare will help lay the foundation for lifelong success. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards and curriculum frameworks such as Montessori or other pedagogies. Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and social interaction among children. Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive reinforcement and behavior management techniques to promote respectful and cooperative conduct. Support children's developmental milestones by applying knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention strategies. Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate progress, address concerns, and support each child's individual needs. Incorporate literacy education, math activities, physical education, and other subject areas to promote well-rounded learning experiences. Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, assessments, and standardized testing results to ensure compliance and support ongoing development. Qualifications Demonstrated skills in curriculum development, lesson planning, classroom management, and behavior management strategies. Knowledge of special education needs and experience supporting children requiring early intervention services is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners. Prior experience in private schools or daycare environments is preferred Familiarity with childhood education standards such as literacy education, math instruction, physical education, and standardized testing procedures. Ability to create an inclusive environment that respects diverse backgrounds and promotes child welfare at all times. Pay:
$13.00 - $15.00 per hour
