Our client is looking for caring, nurturing, and energetic full-time Early Childhood Education Teachers to join their premier preschools in Cincinnati, OH . The ideal candidate must be willing to work with children between the ages of 6-weeks to 5-years-old; as well as be comfortable with diapering and toilet training when needed. These are Direct Hire positions with the school Full-time; Monday-Friday; year-round employment Salary Lead Teacher - $17.00 - $21.00/hour pending education, credentials, and professional Early Childhood Education experience Benefits 401(k) with employer match Medical/dental/vision insurance Employee discount Life insurance Opportunities for advancement Paid time off Professional development assistance Tuition reimbursement Responsibilities Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children Responsible for the planning and implementation of age-appropriate activities and curriculum as well as the maintenance of educational portfolios Supervise and engage children in educational and play activities Maintain a clean and organized classroom Monitor and ensure the well-being of each child in your care Communicate with parents about their child's progress and any concerns Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment Participate in training sessions, workshops, and staff meetings to enhance your skills and stay updated on best practices in early childhood education Qualifications Must be at least 18-years-old
REQUIRED
Lead Teacher Education:
Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field orCDA REQUIRED
Experience:
At least one year of experience in a licensed Early Childhood Education facility Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations - for Infant and Young Toddler Teachers, must be able to properly lift infants into and out of a crib Must meet background check eligibilityNote:
