Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teacher/assistant to support our educational team in fostering a positive learning environment for students. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a commitment to promoting their growth and development. This role involves assisting teachers in implementing curriculum, managing classroom activities, and providing individualized support to students. Duties Assist the lead teacher in daily classroom activities and lesson implementation. Support students with special educational needs by providing tailored assistance. Engage with toddlers and young children, promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development. Help maintain a safe and organized classroom environment. Participate in curriculum development and assist with the preparation of instructional materials. Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff to enhance the learning experience. Implement classroom management strategies to ensure an effective learning atmosphere. Observe and report on student progress and behavior to the lead teacher. Experience Candidates should possess experience or skills in the following areas: Toddler care and childcare practices. Special education techniques and strategies. Classroom management skills to maintain an orderly environment. Experience working with students in various educational settings. Familiarity with Montessori methods or early childhood education principles. Knowledge of curriculum development processes. Background in daycare settings or similar environments involving children. A genuine passion for nurturing children's growth and learning experiences.
