Inclusive Headstart Preschool Teacher -Must have CDA

About us We are Future Scholars Learning Academy, Premiere Early Learning program here in Columbus Ohio looking to hire a New Team Member that is passionate about Child Development, Kindergarten Readiness, and Children with special developmental needs. We are currently hiring for a full time Teacher Position 8a-5p. Current CDA in Preschool is Required We are looking for A Team member with Leadership Experience and Strong Classroom Management Skills. We Will train on our specific policy's and systems for these positions, training is Paid, Applicants Must be able to Provide One on One, Small Group, and Large group assistance on a daily basis for Developmental, Social/Emotional, and Behavioral needs. You Must be okay with responsibility's of Documentation of observations, children's progress, and compiling Data in our system. You must be able to Work successfully with Co teachers, therapists, intervention specialists, rbt's/bcba's, education Liaison and Administrators to provide High Quality education and care that aligns with our programs Mission and Vision. This candidate must be Goal and Solution oriented to provide for Best Outcomes of all students. Must be able to Follow the centers established policies and procedures, implement a learning lesson plan by using the Creative Curriculum, implement procedures for ongoing screenings assessments and observations by utilizing outcome data related to Child performance using Teaching Strategies. Must be able to Set up Interest centers, maintain the daily cleaning&sanitary needs of your classroom,and ofcourse Be fun,loving&energetic,as well as have Great Customer Service skills and strong verbal and written skills when interfacing with other team members, children, and parents. Candidate must have passion for children, understand and Implement
