We are seeking Lead Teachers of all experience levels! We welcome both experienced, credentialed educators and individuals with little or no experience who are passionate about working with children. Training and coaching are provided to support your success and growth. Overview Teachers at Kare-A-Lot Preschool are responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate learning environment. You will support children's academic, social-emotional, and physical development while maintaining a high standard of care, supervision, and compliance with all federal, state, and local childcare licensing regulations. Key Responsibilities Provide daily care, supervision, and engagement for children in assigned age group Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and classroom routines Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development Supervise children at all times in accordance with licensing requirements Assist with diapering, feeding, toileting, and daily care routines as needed Communicate professionally and consistently with families regarding child progress and daily updates Maintain required documentation, including attendance records and incident reports Follow all center policies, procedures, and state licensing regulations Participate in training, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development Why Join Us?
