What You'll Do As a Toddler Teacher, you will: Implement Primrose's exclusive Balanced Learning® curriculum Create engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote language, social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development Foster curiosity and exploration through hands-on learning experiences Support children as they develop independence, self-help skills, and confidence Build meaningful relationships with children and their families Guide toddlers using positive behavior management techniques Observe and document developmental milestones and progress Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and nurturing classroom environment Assist with daily routines, including meals, diapering, toileting, and transitions Collaborate with fellow teachers and leadership team members to create exceptional learning experiences What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Passionate about working with toddlers Patient, nurturing, and energetic Able to keep up with active, curious young learners Professional, dependable, and team-oriented A strong communicator who enjoys partnering with families Committed to creating a positive and engaging learning environment Qualifications Degree or coursework in Early Childhood Education preferred Previous experience working with toddlers or young children preferred Must meet all state requirements for classroom teaching positions Ability to maintain required state in-service training CPR and First Aid Certification preferred (training available) Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and actively engage with children throughout the day Ability to bend, kneel, squat, sit on the floor, and participate in daily classroom activities Basic computer and technology skills Why Join Our Team?
