Position:

Daycare Teacher Responsibilities:

Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that stimulate and engage children. Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment where children feel valued and respected. Conduct daily activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their child's progress and any concerns. Maintain classroom cleanliness and organization, ensuring a healthy learning environment. Participate in educational enrichment classes and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

Previous experience working with young children in a daycare or preschool setting is not required but a plus! Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children. Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators and staff. Why Join The Barrington School?
