Our mission is to create a nurturing environment where children can thrive and develop essential skills for their future. Summary We are seeking a passionate Infant Teacher to join our team at Tiny Town Childcare & Learning Center. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a safe and engaging learning environment for young children, fostering their development through play and educational activities. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote childhood development. Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment. Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents as needed. Engage children in play-based learning activities that encourage creativity and exploration. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive approach to childcare. Maintain a clean and organized classroom, adhering to health and safety regulations. Requirements Associates degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. Experience working with infant-aged children in an educational setting. Strong understanding of childhood development principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
